The removal plan comes first
Large tree removals are complex, and the method should be decided before cutting begins. Trenton inspects the tree in person, determines whether removal is warranted, and explains how the work can be completed safely and efficiently.
The plan accounts for the tree's size, condition, lean, and structure; nearby homes, pools, overhead lines, landscaping, and other targets; equipment access and available landing space; the client's requirements; and the crew and time needed to complete the job.
For example, a tree may be directionally felled when there is a safe landing corridor. In a restricted site, it may be climbed and dismantled in sections, with limbs lowered under rope control—including negative rigging from below when they cannot be allowed to fall freely. A crane may be used when access and site conditions make it the better option.
